Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your order via the carrier's website. You can also visit our Track Order page for quick access.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@fangsocietystore.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within South Africa typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs and the destination country. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for all pets?
All FangSociety products are carefully selected with pet safety in mind. However, we recommend always supervising your pet when using any new product and checking the product description for size and breed suitability.
